Setting up the Freshservice integration

1. Log in to your Freshstatus account 

2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations

3. Click the Connect button against Freshservice

4. Provide the Freshservice URL and Freshservice API Key and click 'Authorize.'

Where can I find my Freshservice account URL?

Method 1:

Freshservice account URL is nothing but the URL that you use to login to Freshservice. It should look something like this <DomainURL>

Remember to add only the Domain URL.

Method 2:

You can input an email address linked to your Freshservice account here to get the login URL associated with it. 

Where can I find my Freshservice API key?

1. Log in to your Freshservice Support Portal

2. Click on your profile picture on the top right corner of your portal

3. Click Profile settings

4. Your API key will be available below the Delegate Approvals section on the right


How to configure the Freshservice mandatory fields

1. Click on '+Add Optional Fields' to choose the fields needed for Freshservice incident creation

2. Configure the fields and the corresponding values from the dropdown available

3. Click on the 'Save' button

4. Click '+ Add optional fields' to configure more fields
