We've clubbed these actions under Status page customization in Freshstatus. Here's how you can customize your status page.
- Click on the 'Status page customization' icon on the sidebar to the left, to start.
- Under the General tab you can make the following customizations:
- Add logo
- Add favicon
- Add your support portal's URL
- Add your support phone number
- Add keywords, meta descriptions, and more for SEO
- Configure Google Analytics tracking
- Under the Advanced tab, you can customize the following
- Whether to make your status page a public one or a private one
- Configure subscription preferences
- Your top-level status message when there are no active incidents
- Customise colours under 'Customise look and feel'
