We've clubbed these actions under Status page customization in Freshstatus. Here's how you can customize your status page.

  • Click on the 'Status page customization' icon on the sidebar to the left, to start.
  • Under the General tab you can make the following customizations:
    • Add logo
    • Add favicon
    • Add your support portal's URL
    • Add your support phone number
    • Add keywords, meta descriptions, and more for SEO
    • Configure Google Analytics tracking 


  • Under the Advanced tab, you can customize the following
    • Whether to make your status page a public one or a private one
    • Configure subscription preferences
    • Your top-level status message when there are no active incidents
    • Customise colours under 'Customise look and feel'
