Internal notification to set to notify your team members and internal stakeholders. To set up internal notifications, follow the below steps:

  1. Click on the Settings icon on the left side menu bar.
  2. Click on "Internal notification" under User Management
  3. Click on "Add Team Mail" button
  4. Enter the "Name", "Email" and Toggle the switch to under "Notification" column to keep the email address specific informed during the service incidents.
  5. Click on the "Add" button.
