Turn off notifications sent to agents

1. Go to 'Settings' in the sidebar to the left

2. Click on 'Agents' under the 'User Management' section

3. Use the toggle under 'Notification' against each agent to turn off notifications

Turn off internal notifications

1. Go to 'Settings' in the sidebar to the left

2. Click on 'Internal notification' under the 'User Management' section

3. Use the toggle under 'Notification' against each contact to turn off notifications
