The top-level status refers to the overall status of your services. It's displayed between the top of the status page, where your logo is displayed and the section where your service components are listed




Depending on the status of the components configured, the top-level status can be:


1. All Services Operational


This text is displayed against a green background and can be seen when no active incidents or maintenance events are present. This is the only status that can be edited. Add your own text in the 'Status page customization' section, under the 'Advanced' tab


2. Partial System Outage

This text is displayed against an orange background and can be seen when:

  • All components are set to 'Partial outage'
  • At least one component is set to 'Major outage'


3. Minor Service Outage

This status is displayed when some service components, but not all, are set to 'Partial outage'


4. Partial Service Degraded

This status is shown when at least one component is set to 'Degraded performance'



5. System Performance Degraded

This status is shown when all components are experiencing 'Degraded performance'


6. Major System Outage

 This status is displayed when all service components are experiencing a 'Major outage'


7. Service Under Maintenance

This status is displayed when some service components have been included in a scheduled maintenance event


8. System Under Maintenance

This status is displayed when all service components have been included in a scheduled maintenance event
