Freshstatus allows you to change the 'from' and 'reply-to' addresses of the alert emails sent out to your subscribers along with the entire look & feel of the email body. 

Here's how to change the 'from' and 'reply-to' addresses:

1. Go to Settings > Email settings

2. In the 'Configure email addresses' section, enter the 'Send from' email address

3. Click the 'Send verification mail' and verify by clicking the verification link in the email sent to the ID

4. If you'd like subscribers to reply to a different ID, click the 'I have a different 'Reply to' email ID' check box and repeat the steps covered above for this email address
