To create an incident, you can either click on '+New' at the top right corner and then 'Incident' or click 'Incidents and maintenance' on the sidebar to the left. Skip step 1 if you've clicked '+New'.



1. Click '+New scheduled maintenance'


 

2. Configure your scheduled maintenance by:

    a. Giving it a title and a description

    b. Setting the timings

    c. Selecting the services that will be undergoing maintenance, 

    d. Configuring some automation and reminder settings, and

    e. Deciding whether to notify users via email or Twitter

3. Click on the 'Schedule' button to complete
