To Resolve an Incident, follow the below steps:

  1. Click on the Incidents & Maintenance icon on the left side menu bar.
  2. Click on the ellipsis on the right corner of the incident you wish to update and resolve and click "Edit"
  3. Make the necessary changes and click on the update button
  4. Once you have updated the incident you could either resolve it by clicking the "Resolve" button present at the right top corner or you can post an update and click on "Post and resolve" present at the bottom

Note: You cannot resolve an incident without posting an update. The 'Post & Resolve' button will be enabled only if the update text field is filled.
