To create an incident, you can either click on '+New' at the top right corner and then 'Incident' or click 'Incidents and maintenance' on the sidebar to the left. Skip step 1 if you've clicked '+New'.


1. Click on +New incident



2. Configure your incident by:

    a. Giving it a title and a description

    b. Setting the incident timing

    c. Selecting the services that have been affected and their status, and

    d. Deciding whether to notify users via email or Twitter

3. Click on the 'Publish' button to create a new incident.
