To update the scheduled maintenance event:

1. Click on 'Incidents and maintenance' in the sidebar to the left and then select the 'Scheduled maintenance' tab

2. Click on the maintenance event that you'd like to edit

4. Add notes for subscribers to access or make them private and only accessible to team members by switching on the 'Private note' toggle 

5. Add the update and start the maintenance event immediately by clicking 'Post and start now' or click 'Post update' to start the event as scheduled
