To stop email notifications for Account Users (Admins/Editors):

Navigate to User settings:

1. Click on the Settings icon on the left side menu bar.
2. Click on "Agents" under User Management
3. Toggle OFF the "Notification" present on the right of the user you wish to stop notification.
