Edit an Incident

1. Click 'Incidents and maintenance' on the sidebar to the left

2. Open the incident's menu (represented by three dots stacked vertically)

3. Click 'Edit'


4. In the 'Edit Incident' screen, make edits to the title, description, source of information, incident time, and whether to notify customers 

5. Hit 'Update' to bring the changes into effect and view the updated incident


6. To update the status of affected services, go to Incidents and maintenance>Incidents and click on the incident title

7. Click on the pencil icon next to the 'Affected Components' list in the sidebar to the right




Delete an Incident

1. Click 'Incidents and maintenance' on the sidebar to the left

2. Open the incident's menu (represented by three dots stacked vertically)

3. Click 'Delete'


4. Confirm your decision to delete the incident and your incident will be permanently deleted.
